XO Studios

This staff room renovation for XO studios in Brunswick opened up an enclosed kitchen by removing partition walls and a dropped ceiling. The result is a bright, flexible, large volume, communal space with additional light from previously concealed windows and skylights. New colours and the use of timber for the benchtop and table create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for coworkers to socialise during breaks. Plants bring life, colour and vibrancy into a much healthier space. A ping pong table adds excitement to the space by allowing people to play a game, move their legs and refresh their minds between sessions of desk work.
