The 1% for the Planet Program
We are committed members of the 1% for the Planet initiative. This means we donate 1% of every dollar we make (total revenue, not just our profits) to help protect our environment and keep us accountable to the planet we love!
The 1% for the Planet program is a fantastic initiative that drives environmental philanthropy and gives businesses around the globe the tools to make a financial commitment to our planet. As such, we are really excited and proud to be a part of a global network of businesses that are committed to doing right by our planet.
We see it as our responsibility to reach beyond the positive contribution of our sustainable projects to have a widespread global impact. We believe that being a 1% for the Planet member not only affords us this opportunity, but also gives our clients the confidence that every stage of their project is contributing to broader climate positive action.
We hope this commitment will continue to start meaningful conversations that in turn promote positive action. This process requires transparency, so we ensure that the Green Sheep Collective community is kept up to date with which organisations and not-for-profits we decide to donate to.
