PurchaseSmart gives you a well rounded understanding of a property’s potential within the context of your budget, relevant panning codes, and existing site conditions, giving you confidence before making any offer or appearing at auction.

PurchaseSmart is conducted over three stages:

Brief + investigation
We’ll hear your goals for the property, and conduct a desktop review of your property to investigate existing conditions, planning codes and building code constraints. We may reach out to briefly discuss particular challenges you’ve raised, clarify your requirements, or answer questions.

Site visit + meeting
We’ll walk through the property with you and then sit down for a dynamic discussion and exploration of your potential project. Together, we’ll brainstorm opportunities in the context of planning requirements and sustainable design, and explore the budget, enabling an in-depth analysis of the options open to you.

Review + report
We’ll review and summarise what we’ve discovered. We’ll suggest 'project cost' and 'construction cost' forecasts, and provide a breakdown of the opportunities and limitations the property presents.

By the end of the process you’ll gain a greater understanding of whether a property is right for you before making an offer or appearing at auction.

Regardless of the house value or the nature of your questions, PurchaseSmart is provided for an all inclusive once off cost of $900 + GST.

We’ll meet you at the property for a walk-through and head to a local cafe afterwards. The site visit and meeting will take approximately 90 minutes.
