Green Sheep On Site
It’s been an exciting few months seeing two of our projects take shape on site. This stage of our service, where the project is in construction, is called contract administration and is the sixth of our core services. We work closely with our clients and the builder to navigate the construction of their home to ensure the best quality outcome.
On these projects, we’ve enjoyed collaborating with two outstanding builders and we’ve loved coming to site to the great progress they’re making.
Preston
A special moment for every project is when our clients see the frame up and get to experience the scale and shape of their home for the first time. It was no different on site in Preston where we all got to see the sweeping roof form, feel the height of the spacious rooms, and get a first glimpse of the framed views. Witnessing our client’s jaw drop with appreciation was a highlight of our year! The team at Never Stop Group are doing an incredible job of bringing our design to life. Next up - roofing, cladding and windows!
Diamond Creek
Our Diamond Creek project is a little further along than Preston. Having completed the framing and roofing, Overend Constructions are busy coordinating the installation of services and working towards lock-up. It’s been great to see the snaking pipes of the in-slab hydronic heating get laid and to have the beautiful Miglas double-glazed windows installed. Attention to detail on this project is paramount and we’re excited to already be reviewing selections and details for the cabinetry.
