GreenStart is your opportunity to sit down with an architect and brainstorm how to make your project a reality. You’ll be able to take advantage of our extensive design experience and sustainability know-how to set yourself up for success.
GreenStart has three phases:
Discovery
We’ll go through the information you provide to us, and conduct a desktop review of your property to investigate existing conditions, planning codes and building code constraints. We may reach out to briefly discuss particular challenges you’ve raised, clarify your requirements, or answer questions.Workshop
We’ll meet with you for up to two hours, during which time we’ll discuss your project in depth. Together, we’ll brainstorm opportunities, discuss challenges, highlight planning requirements, and explore budget limitations, enabling an in-depth analysis of your home and the options open to you.Report
We’ll provide you with a summary of what we’ve discovered and discussed, along with options for making your home more sustainable, comfortable, energy efficient, and joyous to be in.By the end of the process you’ll have a clear idea of the next steps to take, and who you’ll need to work with, to make your project a reality.

Regardless of the scale of project or the nature of your questions, GreenStart is provided for an all inclusive once off cost of $900 + GST.

The workshop will take place in our office and will go for up to 90 minutes.
